As part of the 2019–20 Federal Budget, the Australian Government undertook a feasibility study into improving digital connectivity in the Western Australian Grainbelt (the Grainbelt). The feasibility study examines existing digital connectivity arrangements in the Grainbelt and helps identify the technical and commercial opportunities, including the challenges, related to improving connectivity in the region.
The Federal election was called on 28 March 2025. As this website is hosted by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, the site will only be updated with material in line with the Caretaker Conventions.
