John Mullen is currently Chairman of the Board at Telstra.

John has extensive experience in international transportation and logistics, with more than two decades in senior positions with some of the world’s largest transport and infrastructure companies.

Sarah Ryan has over 30 years of international experience in the energy industry, ranging from technical, operational and leadership roles at a number of oil and gas and oilfield services companies, to a decade of experience as a director of equity investments and portfolio manager.

Angela Gillham joined Maritime Industry Australia Limited in 2003 and has a Bachelor of Applied Science. Angela is the associations specialist in shipping policy matters, with a particular focus on operational, health and safety and environmental performance.

Mr Paddy Crumlin, National Secretary, Maritime Union of Australia

Mr Paddy Crumlin, National Secretary, Maritime Union of Australia

Paddy Crumlin has been a full-time union official since 1988. In 1991, he was elected as Deputy National Secretary of the Seamen's Union of Australia (SUA) and, subsequently, when the SUA amalgamated with the Waterside Workers Federation in 1993, he was elected as Joint Deputy National Secretary.
