The Road Vehicle Standards call centre will be closed from 1 pm AEDT on Tuesday 24 December 2024 to 9 am AEDT on Thursday 2 January 2025. During this time, technical support for ROVER and the Register of Approved Vehicles will not be available. However, our staff will monitor and respond to online enquiries between Friday 27 and Tuesday 31 December 2024.

Normal operating hours will resume from Tuesday 2 January 2025. Call 1800 815 272 (within Australia) or +61 2 6136 8006 (from overseas) Monday to Thursday, AEDT 9 am to 5 pm and Friday AEDT 9 am to 4 pm.
