How many points of identification do I need?
When applying to create a ROVER account (including on behalf of an organisation or another individual) you must provide a minimum of 100 points of identification. The 100 points can include primary and secondary documents. At least one primary document must be provided.
You must provide copies of both sides of all the documents you submit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your documents to be checked by the department. You may be contacted by the department seeking further information.
