Topic: Public Consultation – Service Delivery Options in the Jervis Bay Territory

The Australian Government wants to hear from the community about service provision in the Jervis Bay Territory, as part of a review of current service delivery arrangements.

To assist with the review, the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Cities and Regional Development has engaged consultants ThinkPlace to talk with community members about your experiences with delivery of government services in the JBT.

Residents are offered the opportunity to build on previous discussions with the community and the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council about the services that matter to you. In particular, ThinkPlace will be interested in how you access current services like health, education, justice and other community services.

The details of the public engagement sessions are as follows:

Wreck Bay Community Centre            Tuesday, 3 September, 2019               10am – 1pm

Jervis Bay School Hall                       Tuesday, 3 September, 2019               4:30pm – 7:30pm

Light refreshments will be available.

If you cannot make it to the public session, but would like to participate, please write to jbt@infrastructure.gov.au, before 11 October 2019 to have your say on your experience with service provision in the JBT.
