The Department's existing service delivery arrangements with the ACT Road Transport Authority provide for motor vehicle registration, driver training and licensing services to the Jervis Bay Territory.

Through its Jervis Bay Territory Administration (JBTA) Office, the Department provides a shopfront for customer service and the co-ordination of these services.

The JBTA Office has scheduled the delivery of a Practical Driving Test for eligible learner drivers wishing to obtain their provisional driver licence (P plates):

$95.70 payable at time of booking at the JBTA Office. Bookings are accepted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
