We have a wonderful community of amazing people who do so many incredible things and volunteer their time for the benefit of others.
As I did last year, I will once again be hosting a Christmas Island Australia Day afternoon function in conjunction with the CI Cricket Club. Part of the festivities will include a special awards ceremony acknowledging some of our quiet achievers in our community.
I am seeking your help to nominate those special people.
Please email your nomination to me at natasha.griggs@infrastructure.gov.au. Your nomination should state in 500 words or less why this person or organisation should receive an Administrators Award and the category or categories the nomination is for.
Categories include:
- CI Community Citizen 2018 - Senior
- CI Community Citizen 2018 - Youth
- CI Community Citizen 2018
- CI Volunteer of the Year
- CI Bravery Award
- CI Administrator’s special recognition
Nominations should be received by close of business, 21 January 2019.
