I have created a new Facebook page to engage with the IOT communities.
The Facebook page will be used as a platform to help disseminate information to the community such as:
- Community bulletins
- Emergency management notices
- Commonwealth services provided on island
The page can be found by searching either Natasha Griggs, Administrator Christmas and Cocos Keeling Islands or @NGriggsIOT.
If you use Facebook, please like the page so you can be kept up to date with information regarding the IOTs.
Community bulletins will still be available on the noticeboards at the Administration Building on Christmas Island and also available electronically via the bulletin distribution list. If you would like to receive community bulletins electronically please email my office at marnie.bell@infrastructure.gov.au and we will arrange for you to be added.
