Call for Expressions of Interest for membership of the IOT Regional Development Organisation

Christmas Island community representatives

Expressions of interest are sought to fill two member positions for Christmas Island community representatives on the Indian Ocean Territories Regional Development Organisation.

These are voluntary positions for two year terms commencing in July, 2018. The Regional Development Organisation supports the economic development of the Indian Ocean Territories.

I am seeking diverse membership to provide broad-based representation of the Christmas Island community.

People on Christmas Island wishing to express interest in these member positions should submit an application letter and resume or CV by e-mail to david.eizenberg@infrastructure.gov.au. If you wish to discuss the role, please contact David Eizenberg in the Office of the Administrator on 9164-7959.

Applications will be acknowledged on receipt and applicants will be informed of the Regional Development Organisation's decision. Translations of this notice in the other main community languages are available on request.

Expressions of interest close on Friday, 1 June, 2018.
