Creating an account in ROVER and applying for a testing facility approval feedback survey
The department is collecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, for the purpose of improving the account creation process and the testing facilities module of ROVER *.
The department may use your personal information if/where provided to seek further information about the department's ROVER module and will store this information securely on the department's network.
The department will not disclose your information to any third parties, other than where disclosure is required under law.
The department's Privacy Policy contains information regarding complaint handling processes, and how to access or seek correction of personal information held by the department. The Privacy Officer can be contacted at privacy@infrastructure.gov.au
* The department uses an online IT service, ROVER, which integrates all activities and approvals under the Road Vehicle Standards (RVS) legislation.
