Outcome
On 29 October 2015, the Telecommunications Regulations 2001 were amended to incorporate the Telecommunications Amendment (Next-Generation Broadband Interference Management) Regulation 2015.

The consultation version of the regulation was amended to simplify and clarify its operation for industry and the ACMA.
