Your submission will assist the Forum to ensure all matters raised by the community are adequately considered through the Airservices Australia Post Implementation Review.Community representatives may be invited to speak to the Forum on their submission at a future meeting.
The Issue
The Australian Government established the Brisbane Airport Post Implementation Review Advisory Forum as a key stakeholder group to provide feedback and input to Airservices Australia’s Brisbane Airport Flight Path Changes Post Implementation Review. The Forum will directly consult with Airservices Australia at key points of the Post Implementation Review, and will provide an independent view on whether community concerns have been adequately considered.
The Brisbane Airport Post Implementation Review Advisory Forum (the Forum) invites all community members to provide written submissions to the Forum on the Airservices Australia Post Implementation Review. Submissions are welcome from all members of the public who are impacted by Brisbane airspace changes, whether negative or positive, including communities impacted by legacy runway operations.
Interaction with Airservices Australia
The Forum cannot respond to, or progress, specific noise complaints raised in submissions.
The Forum cannot direct Airservices Australia or the Australian Government to undertake any action raised in submissions, but will ensure that the community is heard and all matters raised by the community are adequately considered.
The Forum will not provide submissions received to Airservices Australia. Community members should ensure that any formal proposals for changes to the Brisbane airspace are to be submitted to Airservices Australia for consideration through the Post Implementation Review process.
