The fourth meeting of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) Reform Implementation Steering Committee meeting was held via GovTeams on Monday 20 March 2023 with an additional session on Wednesday 22 March 2023 to hear from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
