ROVER: How to withdraw, amend and resubmit or delete an application from Infrastructure & Regional Dev on Vimeo.

[Start]

[Image appears of a dark blue screen with a network pattern in the background, and text appears: ROVER, How to withdraw, amend and resubmit or delete an application]

[Image changes to show the ROVER webpage]

Narrator: Today, I’m going to show you how to delete an application, and how to withdraw, amend and resubmit an application. When you sign in to ROVER you will land on the ‘Applications’ page of the dashboard. First, I’m going to show you how to delete a draft application on the ‘My Applications’ tab.

[Image shows the cursor selecting an Application number on the webpage]

You open the application by clicking on the application number.

[Image changes to show the ‘Before you begin’ page on the ROVER website]

You will then land on the ‘Before you begin’ page.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Manage application’ from the menu on the left side of the page]

In the left-hand side column, go to ‘Manage application’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Manage application’ page appearing, and the image shows the cursor selecting the ‘Delete draft application’ button at the bottom of the page]

On this page, click the ‘Delete draft application’ button.

[Image changes to show the ‘Delete draft application section’, and the image shows the cursor selecting ‘Yes’ at the bottom of the page, and then selecting ‘Confirm’]

Here, you will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the application. Please note that deleting the draft application will permanently remove it from ROVER, including from all users who have authority to access this application. Select ‘Yes’, and click the ‘Confirm’ button.

[Image shows the ‘Processing your request’ sign on the screen, and then the image changes back to show the ‘Applications’ page again]

Once ROVER has processed your request, you will be taken back to the ‘Applications’ page. You can see that the draft application has now been deleted. The next scenario I’ll take you through is on how to amend an application that has been submitted and is being assessed.

[Image shows the cursor selecting an application number in the ‘Submitted Applications’ section]

Under ‘Submitted Applications’ I am going to amend this SEV application. Click on the application number to open the application.

[Image changes to show the ‘Before you begin’ screen, and the image shows the cursor selecting ‘Manage application’ from the menu on the left of the screen]

Similar to the steps we followed earlier, you will need to go to ‘Manage application’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Manage application’ page, and then the image shows the cursor selecting ‘Assign nickname’]

Before I make changes to this application, I want to give the application a name. A nickname will make it easier to identify which vehicle this application relates to. Click ‘Assign nickname’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Nickname’ page appearing, and the image shows the cursor populating the ‘Nickname’ field, and then selecting the ‘Confirm’ button]

Then enter the name. I’m adding ‘KIT’. Then click the ‘Confirm’ button.

[Image changes to show the ‘Manage application’ page again, and the image shows the cursor pointing to the Nickname field on the page]

You can see it has been added to the application here, and it will also be visible in the list of applications on the ‘My Applications’ tab. Now I’m going to amend my application, but first I will need to withdraw it.

[Image shows the cursor selecting the ‘Withdraw & Amend application’ button]

Click the ‘Withdraw & Amend application’ button.

[Image changes to show the ‘Withdraw Application’ page, and the image shows the cursor selecting Yes and then ‘Confirm’]

Select ‘Yes’ and click ‘Confirm’.

[Image changes back to the ‘Manage application’ page again]

Please note that when you withdraw an application it also removes it from the assessment queue.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Vehicle information’ from the menu on the left of the screen]

At this point, you can delete or amend the application, and I’m going to amend it.

[Image changes to show the ‘Vehicle information’ page, and the image shows the cursor scrolling through and selecting ‘Edit Vehicle Information’]

I’m going to change the vehicle identification number or VIN, on the ‘Vehicle information’ page, but you can edit other fields. Click ‘Edit Vehicle information’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Vehicle information’ page scrolling through and the ‘Typical Vehicle Identification Number’ field being changed]

Scroll to the field you want to edit. I’m just going to change the last digit for the purpose of this demonstration.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the screen]

Now click ‘Save and Continue’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Vehicle Information page again, and the image shows the cursor pointing to the choices in the menu in the box on the left hand side]

You can move through the other sections of your application by using the left-hand menu.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Vehicle availability’ in the left hand menu, and the image shows the ‘Vehicle availability’ page appearing, and the cursor pointing to ‘Edit Vehicle availability’]

To edit the information on a page, scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Edit’ button.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Declarations’ from the left menu and the ‘Declarations’ page appearing, and then the cursor can be seen checking the box at the bottom of the screen]

Once you have finished making changes, go to the ‘Declarations’ page where you will need to make the declaration by ticking the box.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Yes’ the application has been completed, and then the image shows the cursor selecting ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the screen]

Next, you will be asked if you have completed your application. Select ‘Yes’ if you are ready, then the ‘Submit’ button.

[Image changes to show a confirmation page, and then the image shows the cursor selecting the home symbol at the top of the page, and then the page returning to the Rover home page]

This page confirms that your application has been submitted, and when you go back to your ‘My Applications’ page, you can see that the application status is ‘Paid – Awaiting Assessment’.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the nickname in the ‘Submitted Applications’ section at the bottom of the page]

You can also see the nickname I added here. And that’s how you withdraw, amend and resubmit or delete an application.
