Narrator: Today, I’m going to show you how navigate the ROVER dashboard once signed in. When you sign in to ROVER, you will land on the ‘Applications’ page of the dashboard.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘Draft applications’ and ‘Submitted applications’ sections on the webpage]

On the ‘My Applications’ tab, you will see a list of your ‘Draft applications’, and under ‘Submitted applications’ you can see the applications you have submitted for approval that are currently being assessed or have previously been approved.

[Image shows the cursor selecting the ‘New applications’ tab at the top of the screen, and the image shows the ‘New applications’ section appearing]

You also have a ‘New Applications’ tab. Here, you can start a new application or form.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the various sections on the webpage, the webpage scrolling down, and then scrolling back up to the top]

For example, you may wish to report a vehicle safety or non-compliance concern, or apply for a component type approval, or apply for a vehicle to be entered on the Specialist and Enthusiast Vehicles Register.

Now, I’m going to go back to the ‘My Applications’ tab.

[Image shows the cursor making selections in the ‘Select applicant’ drop down box on the webpage, and then the image shows the ‘Draft applications’ and ‘Submitted applications’ section]

If you have an authority to act for another person, you can select them from the ‘Select applicant’ drop down box and it will change the list to draft or submitted applications for that person.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Approvals’ from the bar at the top]

The next button across is ‘Approvals’.

[Image changes to show the ‘Approvals’ page on the screen, and the cursor points to the list of approvals]

This page includes two tabs. The first is the ‘Approvals’ tab. Here you can see a list of approvals that you or your authority to acts have been granted. You can also vary, suspend or revoke your approval using these buttons here. If you are an authorised vehicle verifier, registered automotive workshop or Testing Facility, you can commence your approval from this page.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘Lists of approvals’ selection on the page, and the image shows a drop down box appearing]

On this page, you can also filter approvals for people you have an authority to act for. In this case, there are none.

[Image shows publicly available ‘Lists of approvals’ appearing and the page scrolls through]

On the ‘List of Approvals’ tab, you can view lists of approvals that are publicly available. These lists can be accessed from the ROVER sign in page as well.

[Image shows the cursor selecting the ‘Payments’ button at the top, and the image shows the ‘Payments’ page appearing]

Moving across to the ‘Payments’ button, here you have an ‘Active Payments’ and ‘Past Payments’ tab.

[Image shows the cursor moving across the ‘Active payments’ on the screen and then pointing to the ‘PAY’ button on the screen]

On the ‘Active Payments’ tab you can view invoices that still require payment. You can pay for the invoice on this page by clicking ‘PAY’.

[Image shows the cursor selecting ‘Past Payments’ from the top and then pointing to the link under the ‘Receipt number’ section]

You can view your past payments on this page, and download your receipt via the link here.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘Authority to act’ button on the ‘Payments’ page]

The next button is ‘Authority to act’. This is where you can record an authority to act and manage existing authorities to act. Within this area, if you click on an organisation or person you have the appropriate authority to act for, you will be able to see data related to that person or organisation, such as applications and approvals, and manage the data.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘Recalls’ button on the ‘Payments’ page]

If you are responsible for recalls, you can manage and view recalls via the ‘Recalls’ button.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘AVV’ button on the ‘Payments’ page, and a drop down appears]

If you have authority to act as an authorised vehicle verifier, click ‘AVV’ to see previous notifications, notify of a verification or of an error on the Register of Approved Vehicles or RAV.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘RAV’ button on the ‘Payments’ page]

When you click the ‘RAV’ button, you can search for batches submitted to the RAV by details or invoices.

[Image shows the cursor pointing to the ‘Profile’ button on the ‘Payments’ page]

The last button here is ‘Profile”. This is where you can add and update your details, including change your contact information and password.

[Image shows the cursor selecting the house symbol at the top of the ‘Payments’ page]

To get back to the ‘My Applications’ page, click on the home icon at the top of the page.

And that’s how you navigate the ROVER dashboard once signed in.
