Start by entering your document reference number for this compliance information form.
This reference should be unique and can be up to 12 characters long. It may be published on your decision notice, so please don't include confidential information. This date, along with the document reference, is for your records.

Please note that it's your responsibility as an applicant to be sure the compliance demonstration method selected is appropriate.

Validate your approval by clicking the button, and click the 'arrow' to continue. If your component type approval number doesn't validate but you are confident the number is correct, you can write an explanation to the assessor by selecting this box below.
[Image shows the cursor selecting 'Provide any further related supporting information', then the arrow, and the 'Comments' section appears, and then the image changes to show 'Processing your request on a white screen]
When you submit your application, ROVER will assist the assessor by checking that the component type approval is in force, covers the ADR and matches the extent of the compliance.
[Image changes to show the 'Complete compliance information' page and the image shows the attachments appearing in the box]
If you return to the 'Compliance information' page, you will see that your new evidence is attached.
[Image shows the cursor selecting 'Edit' on the right of the box and then the image changes to show the 'Compliance Information - ADR 29/00 - Side Door Strength page again]
If you have accidentally duplicated a document evidence number, you can easily edit this so that you have unique numbers for both documents. So that's how you enter information in ROVER for a component type approval.
