ACMA's report to the Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts about the statutory review of the operation of the local programming requirements for regional licensees. The report includes ACMA’s findings following the review of Division 5D of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, relating to local programming requirements for regional licences, the operation of the Local Programing Determination and the operation of the licence condition.
