These draft Guidelines contain information for the Program, and include relevant information concerning: what funding is available; who is eligible to apply for funding; how to apply for funding; and how the funding will be allocated under the Program.

This document sets out: the purpose of the Program; the Eligibility Criteria and Assessment Criteria; how grant applications are considered and selected; how Grantees are notified and receive grant payments; how Grantees will be monitored and evaluated; and responsibilities and expectations in relation to the opportunity.
