This report is the final of three reviews about Norfolk Island's Government Business Enterprises (GBEs).
The report provides a framework which addresses some of the elements covered under the governance requirements for GBEs. It is not intended to prescribe the detailed application of the governance framework to individual GBEs, but rather identify at a business level the core governance principles.
