Child Safety Policy

The department is committed to promoting and maintaining a culture that does not permit or tolerate harm to children, while actively safeguarding the physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing of children and young people. This policy establishes the department's expectations of all staff to provide a safe environment for children and manage those risks which arise through the day-to-day work of the department.
