The Government response to the ACMA's Review of Part 2B of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Credit Betting Prohibitions) report was tabled in both houses of parliament on 1 December 2021. The Government response notes the report's recommendations and proposes to consider ACMA's recommendations in the context of broader reforms on the use of credit for online gambling.
