2020–2021 Regulator Self-Assessment—Part X of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Part X)

Date published:

The Regulator Performance Framework was developed in late 2014 to support Australian Government regulators to measure and improve their performance. In July 2021 the Regulator Performance Framework was replaced by the Regulator Performance Guide, further information can be found here.

The Framework consisted of six outcomes-based key performance indicators (KPIs) aimed at reducing regulatory burden, communications, risk-based and proportionate approaches, efficient and coordinated monitoring, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Please see the following assessment report for Part X for the period 2020-2021 against the Regulator Performance Framework indicators. This is the final report made under the Regulator Performance Framework.
