Calling for women working in aviation to participate in an important industry survey.
The Barriers to the Pipeline Research Project survey aims to help us better understand the landscape for women working in the aviation, aerospace and space sectors.
The research project is a collaborative between Aviation/Aerospace Australia, Monash University, RMIT University, and University of New South Wales Aviation to identify the key motivators and specific barriers to a career in these diverse sectors.
The research is funding through our Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative, which is being extended for 4 years under the Aviation Recovery Framework.
Any woman working in the aviation industry is encouraged to help shape the industry’s future by completing the survey before it close at 11:59pm on Thursday, 17 February 20
