Helpdesk Video Messaging now available

From 1 August 2022 users will be able to contact the National Relay Service Helpdesk through Auslan video message.

You are now able to leave a Video Message for the Helpdesk via the Contact Us page, you can use this feature to ask a question, provide feedback or raise concerns with the team in Auslan, this function will then enable us to provide a Message back to your query.
