Expressions of interest open for the Brisbane Airport Community Airspace Advisory Board

The community-led advisory board will help inform future airspace changes around Brisbane to better manage aircraft noise.

Community engagement and feedback is critical as changes to the airspace around Brisbane Airport are considered. We are calling for volunteers to fill 5 community-representative positions for the Brisbane Airport Community Airspace Advisory Board (AAB).

The AAB will provide the opportunity for community representatives to input on proposed changes to flight paths in Brisbane as Airservices Australia commence implementation of the airspace improvement packages identified in their Post Implementation Review.

If you’d like to apply, please review the AAB Terms of Reference and submit a short expression of interest of up to 750 words by email to the AAB Secretariat at AAB.Secretariat@infrastructure.gov.au by 11:59pm Sunday 26 March 2023.
