Additional Brisbane passenger flight for Norfolk Island

Due to a significant increase in passenger demand, I am pleased to announce the Australian Government is supporting an additional return flight between Brisbane and Norfolk Island commencing 10 December 2020

Air New Zealand currently provides four passenger flights arriving on Norfolk Island each week, two from Sydney and two from Brisbane, with an additional flight between Sydney and Norfolk Island having commenced 9 November.

The additional flight will arrive on Norfolk Island from Brisbane on Thursdays.

The Australian Government is committed to continuing to support the local tourism sector and Norfolk Island businesses and the economy to recover and rebuild.

As travel restrictions continue to slowly ease and tourists continue to return to Norfolk Island, the Australian Government and Air New Zealand will remain responsive to passenger demand for Norfolk Island flight services, with scheduling informed by flight booking records.

If you have any queries about flights during this period of change, please contact Burnt Pine Travel on travel@burntpinetravel.nf or phone +6723 22195.
