Spectrum Review issues paper

Outcome

The Government has agreed to implement the recommendations of the Spectrum Review.

The reforms will improve Australia’s spectrum management framework by making it simpler, more efficient and flexible. This will support the future demands of spectrum users and new and innovative technologies and services, while providing certainty of spectrum access rights for users.

The Government has released an implementation timeline and transitional arrangements for stakeholders.
