This report examines the benefits and drawbacks of working from home from the perspectives of both employees and employers. It identifies the impacts of work-from-home arrangements on productivity, transport and wellbeing, and explores the viability of continuing work-from-home practices in a post-pandemic world.

The research was conducted by the University of South Australia between September 2020 and June 2021 and co-funded by this Department in partnership with the iMOVE Co-operative Research Centre.
