CR 86: Out and About: a survey of teachers' usage (1989)

The Federal Office of Road Safety has produced a pre-primary and primary schools version of the road safety education resource material 'Out and About'. This report details the evaluative research undertaken amongst primary school teachers to establish the way in which the materials were used once received by schools. Use of the materials ranged from superficial to a high level of involvement where the material was seen as part of something wider and the teachers spent time thinking, collecting and organising relevant items around the 'Out and About' theme.
