Review of primary school road safety education materials and practices in the categories of pedestrian, bicycle, restraint usage and alcohol and safety. Developers and teachers of road safety were surveyed. The major materials were collated and the instructional design of the materials analysed. Recommendations for future development and implementation of primary school road safety materials are suggested.
