Call centre shutdown period

We will be closing our Road Vehicle Standards call centre from midday AEDT on Wednesday 24 December 2025 for the holiday period. Our friendly team look forward to assisting you again when we resume normal operating hours at 9 am AEDT on Friday 2 January 2026.

During the shutdown period, our staff will continue to monitor and respond to urgent online enquiries on business days (from 29 to 31 December 2025). ROVER and the Register of Approved Vehicles will be available as normal throughout the shutdown period.
