2018/03—Change of Legal Aid Service Provider (Jervis Bay Territory)

The Australian Government facilitates the provision of Legal Aid services in the Jervis Bay Territory (JBT). This service was previously provided by NSW Legal Aid but will be continued by Legal Aid ACT effective immediately.
Access arrangements have not changed for JBT residents. Legal Aid ACT will attend court hearings in the JBT, and are contactable at the details below if you need legal advice in advance of a case.
