Between 24th October and 20th November 2022 users of the National Relay Service (NRS) provided feedback on how the NRS can improve their experience and continue to meet the changing needs of the community.

The Group will play a key role in supporting progress towards Target 17 of the National Agreement on Closing the Gap—working towards equal levels of digital inclusion for First Nations people by 2026.
