Under the changes to the Administrative Arrangements Orders, we are now known as the Department of Communications and the Arts.
Our policy responsibilities now include the arts portfolio including cultural affairs, copyright and classification policy.
The Digital Transformation Office and public data policy will move to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
National policy issues relating to the digital economy, including the Digital Business website will move to the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science.
We have started to work on updating our website to reflect these changes and will post updates as they occur. Information about the arts portfolio is available on the Ministry for the Arts website.
