Number 1 of 2018—Coastal Trading Licensing System (CTLS) IT Upgrade

The Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities has developed upgrades to the current Coastal Trading Licensing System (CTLS). The upgrades will be rolled out after 5.30pm on 23 February 2018. The changes will take effect from 26 February 2018.

The CTLS will be unavailable after 5.30pm Canberra time on 23 February until 26 February 2018, at which time the upgrades will be visible to users.

The updates will enhance the functionality of the CTLS and streamline processes and users will notice changes to design of the site. The Shipping Business Unit will be providing user guides and guidance on the effect of the changes in advance of the ‘go live’ date.

Applications that are in the CTLS at the time of the upgrade will be unaffected and require no additional actions from users.
