CASA is not directly appropriated as it is a CAC Act body. Appropriations are made to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government which are then paid to CASA and are considered 'departmental' for all purposes.

(a) The opening balance/reserves at bank has been revised from $52.2m estimated at Budget to $55.8m actual.
(b) Comprises investments held in term deposit, cash at bank and cash on hand.
(c) Appropriation Bills (No. 1 and No. 3) 2009-10.

(e) Funding provided by another Government body that is not specified within the annual appropriation bills as a payment to the CAC Act body.
